If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Bank Connection Data: When you connect a bank account, we use certified Open Finance providers (such as Pluggy, Belvo, or POLP) to access your transaction data. We store connection tokens but never your banking credentials or passwords. Transaction Data: We temporarily process your bank transactions to sync them to your chosen destinations (YNAB, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.). Transaction data is used solely for the syncing service. Destination Tokens: We store OAuth tokens or API keys for the destinations you connect (e.g., YNAB, Google Sheets, Notion) to perform syncs on your behalf. Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data securely. Usage Data: We collect analytics data through PostHog and Google Analytics to improve our service, including pages visited and features used.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the transaction syncing service • Process your bank transactions and sync them to your chosen destinations • Manage your account and subscription • Send you service-related communications • Improve and optimize our service • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We share your data with the following third-party services, only as necessary to provide our service: • Open Finance Providers (Pluggy, Belvo, POLP): To securely access your bank transaction data via Open Finance APIs. These providers are certified and regulated. • Stripe: To process subscription payments. • YNAB, Google Sheets, Notion: To sync your transactions to your chosen destinations, only when you explicitly connect these services. • PostHog & Google Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics to improve the service. • Vercel: Our hosting provider, where application data is processed. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices: • All connections use 256-bit SSL encryption • Bank credentials are never stored on our servers. We use read-only Open Finance access • Database access is restricted and encrypted • We perform regular security reviews While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
