By creating an account or using Manio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Manio is a transaction syncing service that connects your bank accounts to budgeting and financial management tools such as YNAB, Google Sheets, and Notion. We use certified Open Finance providers to access your bank transaction data in read-only mode and sync it to your chosen destinations. Manio is not affiliated with YNAB or You Need A Budget LLC.
You are responsible for: • Providing accurate account information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Manio offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. For paid plans: • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
Your use of Manio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points: • We access your bank data in read-only mode through certified Open Finance providers • We never store your banking credentials or passwords • Transaction data is processed solely to provide the syncing service • You can disconnect your bank accounts and delete your data at any time
The Manio service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by RODRIGO ANTONIO PEREIRA DE SOUZA LTDA (CNPJ 39.920.081/0001-83) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Manio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Inaccuracies in bank transaction data provided by Open Finance providers • Service interruptions or downtime • Actions taken by third-party services (YNAB, Google, Notion, Stripe, etc.) • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Manio at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes • Abuse the service or its infrastructure Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo - SP, Brazil.
