What columns does Manio add to my spreadsheet?

Manio adds Date, Description (cleaned merchant name), Amount (BRL), Type (Pix, TED, boleto, debit, credit card), Account (source bank), and Transaction ID (for deduplication). You can add your own columns like Category for custom analysis.

Can I use my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. During setup, you can select any existing Google Sheets spreadsheet or let Manio create a new one for you. You choose which tab(s) receive transactions.

Is the sync real-time?

Syncing is periodic: daily on the Trial plan and every 8 hours on Pro. When you open your spreadsheet in the morning, you'll see the previous day's transactions already there.

Will my spreadsheet get too heavy over time?

Google Sheets supports up to 10 million cells. At a typical rate of 100 transactions per month, you'd have over 10 years of data before approaching any limits.

Can I sync to Google Sheets and YNAB at the same time?

Yes. Manio supports multiple destinations simultaneously. You can send the same bank data to Google Sheets, YNAB, and Notion all at once.

I have encoding issues with my bank's CSV exports. Does Manio fix that?

Open Finance data is standardized by the Central Bank: dates are ISO 8601, amounts are numeric, and text uses UTF-8. No more broken accents or garbled characters from CSV downloads.
